Project Gen X Community Recruitment [Aug. 17th, 2005|11:56 am]
XBox New Zealand Community

Project Gen-X was conceived from the need to find a community of like-minded individuals. People with lives, family, jobs, and very little time to become an elite player on Xbox live. A place where these people can get together and discuss XBL, their lives, and most of all a place to have fun.

If you are new to XBL, or tired of other forums that may have much younger individuals, this is the place to be.

This clan is more of an Xbox Live Community, who's members are the older generation of ages 18 and older and is a close knit community a place where you can come and chat about everything Xbox and beyond. This is a great community that you can come in and everyone knows you & your name when reading a post. You wont be lost in the hundreds of names normally found in larger forums, instead Project Gen-X is a small community of close freinds who enjoy discussing and playing games.

I invite you over to come in and take a tour and sign-up your gamertag and become an active member of a great community of older XBox Live players. And it doesnt matter what type of games you enjoy playing, our community has members that plays them all, everything from Halo Series, Ghost Recons, First Person Shooters, Sports, Fantasy RPGs, and many more, so we invite you to bring your style of gaming and join this close community of friends!

Star Wars Lego [Apr. 13th, 2005|10:27 am]
XBox New Zealand Community

Well, since its release in the States I have heard nothing bad about LEGO Star Wars. The game spans the first trilogy of movies, and everything is made of Lego! You can break stuff. Walls. Tables. People. :D

Anyway, I'm thoroughly looking forward to this game even more than before, due to its cool reviews. You can read about it at IGN here: http://xbox.ign.com/articles/601/601740p1.html. It is scheduled for NZ release on 22 April.

I'm also looking forward to Forza Motorsport,
due for release on 5 May
and also, Wrestlemania 21 (studio gigante's first wrestling game.. but its looking much better than anything else we currently have on the Xbox,
due for release on 17 June

King of Fighters: Maximum Impact! [Mar. 30th, 2005|01:42 pm]
XBox New Zealand Community

Slated for release near the end of the second quarter of 2005, King of Fighters: Maximum Impact, should be landing on an XBox near you.

The Xbox version beefs up the PS2 original with full Xbox Live online fighting and a host of ranking and other community features, plus inclusion of the original Japanese audio track in addition to an optional English voice-over. Read the rest here.

I've never been a follower of the KoF series, but i've never disliked it either.. so I'll probably pick up this title later in the year.
